West End Bakery and Cafe serves weekend brunch, made from scratch soups, salads and sandwiches as well as a full line of whole grain breads, pastries and specialty desserts. Our baked goods are made from 100% organic flour, organic sugar and much of our produce is locally grown and organic. Our all natural deli meats are hormone and antibiotic free.Our menu always includes items for people with special dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy and egg-free selections. We serve brunch showcasing local sausage, local smoked trout, local eggs, and locally produced grits on Saturday and Sunday.
