Local Food Guide

How Do I Become a Local Food Campaign Partner?

Follow these five steps:

1. Enter (or update) your farm, business, or organization’s information.

Find a time when you have 20 minutes to provide information, and fill out the Local Food Guide Form. Once you are listed in the guide, use your user name and password to revisit and update your online listing at any time. The online guide receives about 8000 visitors per month. This year’s form also includes agreements to use the Appalachian Grown logo, should you wish to display it with local farm products you produce or sell.

2. Print and fill out your partner form. PDF file downloads require the free acrobat reader.

  • Farms sign the Farm Partner Agreement.
  • Restaurants, Grocers, Wholesalers, B&B's, Bakers/Bakeries, Stands, Institutions, Caterers, etc. sign the Business Partner Agreement

3. Consider advertising in the Local Food Guide and the Local Food and Farm Map

4. Mail in the form with your payment.

5. You may wish to make a tax-deductible donation toward ASAP’s work.
