A company designed by the talents of Eric Scheffer and Jim Kammann to utilize the talents, cooking expertise and service excellence that made Savoy so successful. Those talents are now able to go outside of the four walls and design and execute events throughout Western North Carolina. Utilizing only the freshest and most local of ingredients that the season permits whether it be fish, meat or produce.

Currently, we also operate the daily foodsevice operations at the Doubletree Hotel in Biltmore Village.
