We grow jalapeno, habanero and other peppers which we smoke over applewood and make hot sauces, salsas and BBQ sauce which we package at Blue Ridge Food Ventures in Asheville. We also grow blueberries, raise laying hens, and grow herbs and greens for sale at the Watauga County Farmer's Markets.
