Beefalo is a cross between domestic cattle and the North American Bison. This cross breeding produces a superior beef animal that is naturally lean, and naturally tender. Blue Ridge Beefalo uses no hormones, no synthetic tenderizers, no antibiotics, no preservatives, and no enhancers of any kind in our Beefalo animals. Absolutely no animal by-products are fed to our animals.
