Brasstown Beef
About Us
We raise and sell all natural beef and pork products; raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. Beef is two weeks dry aged and two weeks vacuum packed. Animals are grain-fed with access to grass. Sows are kept in pastures and are not farrowed in confinement. Pigs for consumption are raised in pastures. Beef- wholesale and consumer direct. Steer halves or quarters. The "Farm Store" at Ridgefield Farm is now open Tuesday through Sunday, your source for Brasstown Beef and Brasstown Pork.
