About Us
We are a small, family owned vegetable farm located in Candler, NC. Owned and operated by Garrett and Melissa Earhart, it is our goal to provide high quality produce to our local community using natural and sustainable farming practices. This means no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, no GMO-seeds, and utilizing crop rotation and cover cropping to keep our soil healthy. We grow over 50 varieties of fruits and vegetables. We believe that farming is more than putting a seed in the ground and watching it grow. It is truly a mix of art and science, of thoughtful planning and a little bit of gambling, of taking care and letting go. We hope you'll join us on this venture as we strive to make the world a little bit better, one vegetable at a time!
