We are a small farm specializing in microgreens. Microgreens have an intense flavor and higher nutritional value than sprouts or salad greens. These tender greens are a great addition to salads, sandwiches and main dishes. Next season we will have organically grown garlic varieties as well as other specialty vegetables.
